Sergeant Pickle Breath and The Rooftop Warriors
For the feature film, I served as the director, writer, producer, cinematographer, editor, and sound mixer. It was the most difficult thing I've ever done in my life but I would't have wanted to do this flick any other way.
Director Statement
Sergeant Pickle Breath and The Rooftop Warriors is the love child of an emotion and a thought. The emotion; New York City feels like a bubble that I’m stuck in. The thought; what if I write a screenplay that I could just go out and freaking shoot. No production company, no fancy equipment, no budget (other than some savings) — no problem. The result is a flick that I’m extremely proud of. Sergeant Pickle Breath and The Rooftop Warriors is hardly the perfect film, but it is the perfect representation of who I am.
Logline:
A pot dealing man-baby is forced to find a new crib when his roommate/best friend threatens to destroy his teddy bear if he doesn't move out.
